Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly professional to manage guest relations, handle bookings, oversee the review system, and ensure smooth communication between guests and the homestay team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.

  • Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Maintain regular communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.

  • Bookings & Reservations

  • Manage online and offline bookings via OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, ) and direct channels.

  • Coordinate room allocation and ensure booking accuracy.
  • Maintain updated availability calendars.

  • Review & Feedback Management

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews promptly and professionally.

  • Encourage satisfied guests to share feedback.
  • Share constructive feedback with the operations team for service improvement.

  • Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requirements are met.

  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Assist in preparing monthly booking and review reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service (preferably in hotels/homestays).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms and booking systems.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
