Growth Fusion is hiring a Data Analyst with strong SQL, Looker Studio, Excel, and digital marketing knowledge. If you love working with data, optimizing campaigns, and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced performance marketing environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Looker Studio dashboards for reporting and insights.
  • Write, run, and optimize complex SQL queries across BigQuery and other databases.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, AOV, EPC).
  • Clean, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to provide insights that improve campaign performance.
  • Automate weekly/monthly reporting using SQL, Looker Studio, or Excel.
  • Create Excel-based analysis (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Data Analytics.
  • Strong command of SQL (joins, CTEs, data transformations).
  • Hands-on experience with Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery a plus).
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and funnel metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RedTrack, Voluum, Everflow, or other tracking platforms.
  • Exposure to BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
  • Basic Python for automation (optional).
  • Understanding of Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok ad platforms.
