Position : Jr.Manager – Business Operations.

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Manager – Business Operations to manage the financial and administrative lifecycle of our client accounts. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth financial operation of our co-working space, from initial booking and invoicing to final off-boarding and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Create and send accurate invoices to clients for office bookings, rent, and other services.
  • Monitor and collect rent and other payments from clients on time.
  • Follow up with clients to resolve delayed payments and manage outstanding balances.
  • Process and manage refunds for clients during off-boarding, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
  • Booking & Client Management:
  • Handle all incoming office and meeting room booking requests.
  • Ensure all client requirements related to their office space (e.g., access, supplies) are met efficiently.
  • Maintain a precise record of all bookings, payments, and client interactions using our workspace management software.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding billing, payments, and administrative inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and clear manner to resolve financial disputes or administrative issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and invoicing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office) and experience with a workspace management platform or accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary :

· Salary : 5 LPA – 6 LPA.

· Work timings : 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M

· Working Days : Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
