Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Engagement:

Establish and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to understand their hiring needs and recruitment processes.

  • Placement Drives:

Plan and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

  • Career Counseling:

Provide career guidance to students, assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

  • Training and Skill Development:

Organize and conduct training programs to enhance soft skills, communication skills, and other employability skills.

  • Internship Coordination:

Facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities for students.

  • Placement Data Management:

Maintain records of placement data and statistics for reporting and promotional purposes.

  • Student Support:

Assist students with job applications and onboarding processes.

  • Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback from companies and students to improve placement strategies.

  • MIS Development:

Develop a Management Information System (MIS) on placement data and recruiting organizations. Role & responsibilities
