Level: Analyst/ Associate/ Sr Associate

Role & responsibilities

Provide reports and run queries to assist Finance Team (Controller's Group) in period end

closing process.

  • Lead reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy in financial data and maintaining

procedural integrity.

  • Generate monthly reports to track financial activities, supporting month-end and year-

end close processes.

  • Ensure that all aspects of the project database are maintained. This includes journal

preparation, general ledger (GL) review, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, trend analysis, and

month-end reporting.

  • Review and support peers/team members in Accounting & Reporting activities
  • Managed complex reconciliations, meeting SLAs and adhering to internal control

requirements.

  • Identified discrepancies early, implemented corrective actions, and streamlined

processes for efficiency.

  • Trained to deal with sensitive information and collaborate with stakeholders.
