Position Overview

We are looking for an
experienced UI/UX & JavaScript Trainer
with a strong background in design and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of hands-on experience
in UI/UX design and
proficient knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
.

You will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions, mentoring students, and helping them master both design thinking and front-end development principles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Mentoring

• Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions on UI/UX design and front-end technologies.
• Deliver lessons covering
  Figma, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  , ensuring students grasp both design and development workflows.
• Mentor students through real-world projects, design challenges, and portfolio development.
• Provide personalized feedback and guide students on
  career readiness
  , including
  interview preparation
  and
  portfolio presentation
  .

2. Curriculum Development

• Design, develop, and update training modules and course materials aligned with the latest industry trends.
• Create structured content on
  UI/UX fundamentals, prototyping, responsive design, accessibility, and front-end integration.
• Incorporate hands-on workshops and project-based learning to promote practical understanding.

3. Technical Instruction

• Teach
  Figma (mandatory)
  and other design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Provide practical instruction on
  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  , focusing on how UI designs are translated into functional interfaces.
• Explain
  design-to-development handoff
  , usability testing, and responsive web design principles.
• Demonstrate best practices in
  UI architecture, design systems, and user journey mapping.

Required Qualifications
Experience & Expertise

• Minimum
  2+ years
  of professional experience in UI/UX design or front-end development (agency, product company, or freelance).
• Strong
  portfolio
  showcasing work in both
  design and front-end implementation
  .
• Proficiency in the
  end-to-end UX process
  — from research and wireframing to testing and deployment.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory:
  Strong knowledge of
  JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  .
• Proficiency in
  Figma
  and design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of
  responsive design, accessibility
  , and
  cross-browser compatibility
  .
• Familiarity with
  usability testing, user research, and A/B testing
  methodologies.

Teaching & Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and explain them effectively.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating learners.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and adaptability to work with students of diverse skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  .
• Prior experience in
  training or mentoring
  in design or front-end development.
• Familiarity with
  product design thinking
  and aligning design with business goals.
• Knowledge of
  video editing tools
  (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Compensation

Salary:
₹5.0 – ₹5.5 LPA (based on skills and technical interview performance)
