About the Internship

Zeno Talent invites passionate learners to apply for our 6-month remote internship program in UI/UX Design.

This internship blends structured learning with real-world project experience, divided into two progressive stages designed to help you transition from foundational skills to practical implementation.

Stage 1: Skill Development (First 3 Months)

  • Interns will receive guided training covering key UI/UX topics, including:
  • Fundamentals of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
  • Design Thinking and User-Centered Design
  • Wireframing and Prototyping
  • Visual Design Principles (Typography, Color Theory, Layouts)
  • User Research and Persona Creation
  • Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Miro
  • Usability Testing and Feedback Incorporation
  • During this stage, interns will participate in interactive sessions, design challenges, and mentor-led activities to build a strong foundation in product design and user experience.

Stage 2: Project Implementation (Next 3 Months)

  • Interns who successfully complete the training phase will advance to work on live UI/UX design projects.
  • These projects may involve tasks like:
  • Designing end-to-end user interfaces for web and mobile apps
  • Conducting user research and usability testing
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure design accuracy
  • Redesigning existing products to enhance usability and aesthetics
  • Performance during this phase will determine eligibility for a performance-based stipend up to ₹15,000.
  • Interns will receive continuous mentorship, performance reviews, and feedback to enhance growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to improve user experience
  • Design intuitive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life
  • Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Eligibility Criteria

  • Basic understanding of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Availability for full-time commitment (Monday to Friday) for 6 months
