About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer with hands-on experience in
designing and developing responsive web applications and websites
using modern front-end technologies and CMS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
, and
popular CMS tools like Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress
, along with a good understanding of website performance optimization and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible websites and web applications.
  • Implement and customize solutions using
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap
    .
  • Develop and manage
    CMS-based
    websites using
    Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress
    .
  • Work on
    multisite and multilingual
    website development.
  • Optimize website performance, implement analytics and funnel tracking for lead management.
  • Develop Learning Management Systems using
    Moodle
    .
  • Ensure consistent UI/UX across browsers and devices (desktop and mobile).
  • Debug and troubleshoot code using browser developer tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and scalable web solutions.
  • Manage version control using
    GitHub
    and follow Agile methodology.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in website and web application development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, UIkit, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON
    .
  • Experience working with CMS platforms —
    Joomla, Drupal, WordPress
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Moodle LMS
    .
  • Experience with Google Analytics, funnels, and website strategy.
  • Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Good understanding of website speed optimization.
  • Proficient in debugging tools and GitHub version control.
  • Exposure to Agile development environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in
    Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
    for UI/UX collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale, multilingual, or multisite projects.
