Job Title: Insights and Reporting Analyst

Reports to: Manager, Adops and Analytics

Position Type: Contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Insight and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, providing actionable insights, and delivering comprehensive reports to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and relationships.
  • Present insights derived from performance to internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and address client inquiries.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and data analysis.
  • Create and present insights gleaned from performance to Strategy and Investment teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, management information systems or related field
  • 1+ year of experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), programmatic advertising and media buying
  • 2+ years of experience in Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills: able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations; experience in the analysis of large data sets to find useful relationships.
  • Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools.
  • Can turn around projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Must be a pro-active, curious, creative problem solver.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of media measurement tools including 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics, such as ComScore, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, etc. is preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, paying close attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable turning data into decision making information, and communicating the story the data is telling internal stakeholders as well as clients.

Working Hours

The analyst will be working on Eastern time zone to support Canadian and United States Clients.
