Key Responsibilities

  • Gemstone Quality Check (QC):
  • Conduct thorough examination and testing of gemstones (precious and semi-precious) for authenticity, quality, and grading.
  • Identify treatments, enhancements, and inclusions using gemmological tools.
  • Maintain QC reports and ensure accurate certification.
  • Customer Support & Consultation:
  • Assist customers by explaining gemstone characteristics, authenticity, and benefits.
  • Resolve queries related to gemstone quality, certification, and maintenance.
  • Support sales team with technical gemstone knowledge.
  • Operational Support:
  • Coordinate with sourcing and inventory team for gemstone procurement and verification.
  • Ensure gemstones meet Divinelanes quality standards before dispatch.
  • Maintain gemstone records and database for tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Diploma/Certification in Gemmology (GIA / IGI / equivalent institute preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in gemstone testing, grading, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of precious and semi-precious stones, treatments, and certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred).
  • Customer-centric with ability to simplify technical details for clients.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about gemstones.
