Detailed Responsibility: Key Responsibilities: Possess in-depth knowledge of gemstones their properties, grading, and design integration. Understand CVD gemstone pricing, sourcing, and valuation. Have sound understanding of production processes and manufacturing details in jewellery. Be well-versed with various jewellery settings, technical parameters, and quality standards. Stay updated with gemstone trends and create versatile, revenue-driven designs that align with brand aesthetics and category growth. Key Competencies: Job related (Functional/ Technical) Behavioral Competencies: Software : corel draw, procreate Experience: Mandatory – good at hand rendering or sketching or can make different design concept Desirable – detailed knowledge about process Educational Qualification: Mandatory- preferred a gemologist + designer , NIFT / Diploma Desirable
