
Growth Marketing Executive

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, SEM (PPC), content marketing, etc.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Identify and explore potential partnerships to support business expansion and reach new markets.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Proven experience (often 3+ years) in a growth marketing or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, SEO tools, A/B testing platforms, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging content and devise groundbreaking marketing strategies.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
