Are you passionate about solving roadblocks challenges faced by MSMEs in India MSMEs contribute significantly to India s total GDP 90 of India s 1 Trillion Retail Market is controlled by Micro Small Medium Enterprises MSMEs Which means 900B worth of commerce flows through these 60M MSMEs in the form of shops kiosks homes scattered all over the country We at Khatabook have a vision to empower MSMEs and help them increase their incomes We have built a product that brings efficiency in MSME operations by providing them easy to use tools to manage their receivables inventory and billing which creates transparency in their cash flow Within the Khatabook platform we have also enabled the facility to take loans for their short term working capital needs for select Khatabook users that are displaying good credit behavior Our app has been downloaded over 100 Million times with a monthly active user base of 8 Million which are adding 220 Million transactions with a transaction value of 18 Billion Why work with us People are our biggest asset At Khatabook every one of us is a dynamic superstar We have carefully bred an ecosystem which hires nothing but incredibly and exceptionally talented people who can dream collaborate experiment and break new ground We re a strong team that looks out for each other Your role As the Growth Marketing Manager you will lead end-to-end growth initiatives across user acquisition onboarding engagement and retention for Khatabook Loans You ll collaborate with product data design and operations teams to define marketing strategies backed by analytics experiments and creative storytelling that resonates with Indian merchants What would you do at Khatabook Drive Growth Lead cross sell campaigns through paid organic channels optimize campaigns based on funnel performance and ROI Retention Engagement Develop lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding flows email SMS WhatsApp communications and in-app nudges to boost user engagement and loan repayment rates Data-Driven Decision Making Use analytics tools and experiments to identify opportunities set KPIs and track impact build dashboards to monitor performance Experimentation A B Testing Design and execute growth experiments to continuously learn and refine messaging targeting and product-market fit Content Messaging Craft user-centric content messaging frameworks and creative assets that align with the needs of small businesses across regions Collaboration Work closely with product engineering data science and customer support teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with user experience and business goals Partnerships Ecosystem Growth Explore new distribution channels strategic partnerships and cross-promotions to expand Khatabook Loans reach Budget Ownership Manage and optimize marketing spends to maximize growth while ensuring efficiency and scalability What are we looking for Experience 4-8 years in growth marketing preferably in fintech lending or B2B products hands-on experience with acquisition channels and user retention Data-Savvy Comfortable with analytics tools GA Mixpanel Amplitude etc SQL and experimentation platforms Customer-Centric Able to translate customer pain points into actionable strategies and compelling campaigns Strategic Thinker Balance long-term vision with tactical execution capable of prioritizing and experimenting without losing sight of business goals Collaborative Proven ability to work across teams influence without authority and communicate clearly Bias for Action Thrive in a fast-paced environment own projects end-to-end and take initiative Creative Problem Solver Able to craft innovative campaigns that differentiate us in competitive markets
