About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support HR team in onboarding and induction activities.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.
- Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events, if required.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions (training will be provided).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Freshers candidates are welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100, ₹200,000.00 per year
