We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Data Entry Operator to manage accounting data entry and bookkeeping tasks using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, data accuracy, and day-to-day financial documentation.

Role & responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain all accounting data in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments transactions accurately.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Generate and verify invoices, credit/debit notes, and ledgers.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory report preparations.
  • Maintain supporting documents for all entries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for transaction verification.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry with proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in data entry, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools is an added advantage.
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting / Tally Certification.
