JOB SUMMARY 



A senior electrical maintenance engineer is responsible for a range of tasks, including:
  • Project management: Managing the design and construction phases of a project 

  • Electrical safety: Designing modifications and improvements to equipment and facilities 

  • Preventive maintenance: Developing, documenting, and improving programs 

  • Equipment failures: Providing technical support and troubleshooting 

  • Downtime: Assisting maintenance and providing technical guidance 

  • Maintenance practices: Keeping up with contemporary technology and maintenance practices 

  • Breakdown hours: Tracking and analyzing breakdown hours for critical and standby equipment 

  • Incident reporting: Reporting incidents and accidents in the prescribed format 

  • PPE compliance: Ensuring PPE compliance in the area of operation 

  • Machine availability: Coordinating with production personnel for machine availability
