About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven
Senior Digital Marketing Manager
who can lead and execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in
Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Graphic Creation
, along with strong client communication skills and the ability to
lead a team and ensure on-time deliveries
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing:
    Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • SEO Strategy:
    Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts to boost organic visibility and ranking.
  • Creative Development:
    Create and guide visually appealing marketing creatives and performance-driven ad assets.
  • Client Communication:
    Act as a client-facing lead, understand business needs, communicate strategies, and present performance reports.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage a team of digital marketers, designers, and content writers to deliver high-quality output.
  • Project Management:
    Ensure all campaigns and deliverables are executed as per plan with timely reporting and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.) and paid ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ad creatives and ability to guide or create graphic designs using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in handling international clients or agency background.
  • Exposure to CRM, email marketing, or automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Data Studio.
