What You Will Do:

Provides support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, Capital Projects and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

What the candidate will do:
  • Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
  • Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
  • Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
  • Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
  • Create new capital Projects and NPI Process.
  • Create New Programs CNC ISO/ Knowledge Nx Siemens.
Degree Requirement:

Bachelors or Engineering degree in related field required.
Spoken English Intermediate level.

Skill Descriptors

Lean Manufacturing:
Understands the philosophy, principles, and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing.
Capable of integrating and applying lean manufacturing concepts into existing production and management processes.

Manufacturing Equipment:
Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing.
Able to safely operate, maintain, update, and store manufacturing equipment.

Manufacturing Processes:
Familiar with current product manufacturing methods, technologies, and processes.
Skilled in executing, planning, managing, and monitoring the entire manufacturing process.

Manufacturing Safety:
Understands manufacturing safety standards and practices.
Able to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary actions to meet regulatory safety and environmental requirements.

Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies:
Knowledgeable in organizational standards, procedures, and policies related to manufacturing.
Capable of planning, guiding, and monitoring manufacturing activities to ensure compliance.

Additional Information:

The location for this position is Santa Catarina, Nuevo Len.
This position may require domestic travelling up to 10 PERCENT .
Domestic relocations is not available.
Work schedule: Monday Friday (6:24am - 16:00pm) and Saturday (7:00am - 2:30pm).
