Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)Shift: Rotational Shift (Includes Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift)Experience Level:3 - 5 years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting Devices such as Windows, Mac, and Mobiles via Intune and JAMF MDM's. Hands on experience in configuring deployment profile in Intune and JAMF.Hands on experience in device migration from On-premises to cloud.

Good knowledge on Endpoint privilege management. Good knowledge of device security controls and operating systems. PC, Mac, and mobile device security configuration experience.

Good communication skills, computer savvy in Outlook and Excel, enterprise working experience, and Agile methodology. Hands on Experience in Application Packaging and Deployment. Provide excellent customer service as this position will be working directly with users to resolve device enrolment \ configuration-related issues.

High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees, management, and vendors to make independent decisions based on processes and procedures. Hands on Experience in handling tickets. Primary Skills (Must-have): Intune, Jamf, Application Packaging, Mac, WindowsSecondary Skills (Good-to-have): Power Shell, Azure Automation, MS Graph API
