  • DBS chairperson - prepare meeting slides, generate & consolidate data and present in DBS.
  • Execute ESR, remote engineering, debugging or any engineering related activities together with shift operators.
  • Responsible for ESR scheduling (daily), handler/tester conversion scheduling per BL/PE request.
  • Responsible for maintenance, repair and resolve break down of ATE equipments.
  • GOTO person by PE/engineer/techs for ESR arrangement.
  • Talking/calling/negotiating/discussing on daily activity to ensure priority is met.
  • Lead shift operators & Techs: delegate Prime Time activities for operators and peer Technicians.
  • Advising team on lot disposition/priority to the shift members.
  • Prepare and send shift report.
Qualification:
  • Minimum 3 Years of Practical Experience in a related technology or technical field - Semiconductor, electrical, electronic or Automation industry.
  • Academic qualification - Diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized or accredited institution.
Requirements:
  • Willing to work in shift - 12hrs at Clean room environment (Final Test and Wafer Test).
  • Able to work in dynamic environment, multi-tasking due to business needs.
  • Able to adapt to changes and self-learn on revolving technology.
  • Able to communicate, write and read English.
