Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user management, data security, automation, reporting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses.
• Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular audits.
• Configure and maintain security settings including field-level, object-level, and record-level access.
• Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools for potential adoption.
• Manage sandbox environments and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apex, LWC, or other development tools.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.

)
