Job Title:- Key Account Manager

Job Location:- Mumbai

Experience: 3+ yrs. Account management, client acquisition, managing escalation of clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performing the regular duties as an account manager on top of driving special projects.
  • Drive growth of all strategic accounts and onboard targeted set of clients.
  • Manage the assigned accounts from onboarding to payment collection.
  • Grow the order volumes and improve overall delivery experience by coordinating with respective product, support teams and city teams.
  • Identifying opportunities of additional revenue generation, lead creation for upselling other services provided by Shadowfax.
  • Quality Metrics: Ensuring that all the key metrics of the client are adhered to and making sure of every order being delivered the way it's supposed to be with no margins for errors or affects the customer experience adversely.
  • Internal coordination: This involves coordinating with all internal stakeholders which includes but not limited to Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, Supply, and other allied teams.

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous (2-6yrs of working experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building
  • relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and team handling skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Basic understanding of excel is a must.
