Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices; ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain vendor records, handle queries, and prepare AP aging reports.
  • Track and report project costs vs. budgets; support month-end and project financials.
  • Manage accounting for construction-in-progress and asset capitalization.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for approvals and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter / CMA / MBA preferred).
  • 48 years' experience in AP / project accounting within real estate or construction.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, etc.) and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
