Role & responsibilities

This is a critical leadership opportunity to drive ESG excellence across our global

network during a pivotal growth phase. As Head of ESG, you will lead our

sustainability agenda built on two core pillars: robust data collection and

reporting, and compelling storytelling and stakeholder engagement. You will be

responsible for transforming complex ESG data into powerful narratives that drive

stakeholder buy-in and organizational change.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change
  • Strong background in ESG data management and reporting with hands- on experience in emissions tracking and environmental metrics
  • Bachelor degree in sustainability, business, environmental science, or equivalent experience desirable but not essential
  • Professional ESG certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) desirable but not essential
