Job Role: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify mechanical, electrical, and assembled components for quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing of machines before dispatch.
  • Identify, document, and report defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain quality records, test reports, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in QA/quality control, preferably in machinery or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T Standards and Machine tolerances
  • Knowledge of material, surface treatment & manufacturing processes,
  • Hands of experience with inspection tools, measurement instruments, and testing procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, machine safety standards and documentation practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
