HVAC Monitoring — Ensure optimal temperature/humidity; monitor CRACs, air handlers, and cooling units. Real-Time Alerts & Response — Set up alerts; respond immediately; perform diagnostics and escalate issues. Data Logging & Reporting — Maintain logs; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; document incidents. Troubleshooting — Diagnose root causes; coordinate with technicians/vendors for timely resolution. Preventive Maintenance — Track schedules; set alerts to avoid downtime. Compliance — Ensure systems meet industry standards; support audits and maintain documentation. Requirements: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills Calm under pressure in high-availability environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
