Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst/Senior Analyst - WFM RTA located in Mumbai. The Analyst will be responsible for real-time monitoring and management of workforce resources to ensure the effective and efficient handling of all queues. Key tasks include analyzing workforce metrics, producing reports, forecasting staffing needs, monitoring service level performance, and communicating with internal teams to address deviations and performance issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce management, real-time analytics, and metrics analysis
  • Proficiency in producing reports and forecasting staffing requirements
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and address performance issues
  • Ability to operate and monitor multiple queues and service levels effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within a consulting or global organization is advantageous
