Salesforce Developer

Seeking a Technical Salesforce developer with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations and to fix bugs and build new capabilities.

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and scope changes in Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure secure and efficient integration with external systems using APIs and follow best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards across the team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and PRM modules.
  • Proficient in API integrations including REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security settings and data access controls.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI customization.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Omniscripts, Einstein Analytics, and Community Cloud.
  • Exposure to MSSQL DB, NodeJS, and managed package development.
  • Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I (PD II is a plus).
