Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager located in Odisha, India. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, coordinating with various departments, and implementing training programs. The role involves monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
