Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst
with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in data, dashboards, and business problem-solving. You will be at the intersection of
data, technology, and business
, working closely with clients to translate their requirements into actionable insights using FireAI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering:
    Engage with clients to understand business problems, translate them into data requirements, and define clear analytical objectives.
  • SQL & Databases:
    Write optimized SQL queries to fetch, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting:
    Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for clients using FireAI.
  • ETL & Data Integration:
    Work with engineering teams to set up, test, and monitor data pipelines from multiple sources.
  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
    Analyze datasets, spot trends, anomalies, and key business opportunities.
  • Client Communication:
    Conduct regular client meetings, present insights, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consulting:
    Provide data-backed recommendations to improve business KPIs and support strategic decisions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    and working knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience with
    dashboarding tools
    (FireAI, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Understanding of
    ETL workflows
    and data pipelines
  • Ability to perform
    EDA
    and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent
    business acumen
    and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong
    communication and presentation skills
    for client-facing interactions

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of
    statistics, regression models, and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with Python
    for data analysis
  • Familiarity with
    data science workflows
    (feature engineering, model evaluation, etc.)
  • Exposure to
    advanced analytics use cases
    such as forecasting, churn prediction, and attribution
