About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, taking timely follow-ups, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team for conversion. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process and ensuring that no hot lead is missed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential customers who have sent travel enquiries to us (no cold calling), understand customer interest and travel requirements and take follow up.
  • Identify and qualify hot leads for transfer to the sales team for conversion.
  • Coordinate between customers and the sales executives to ensure a smooth handover.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling, coordination, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
  • Good convincing and follow-up ability.
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in sales coordination, lead follow-up, or telecalling roles.
  • Background or interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
