Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Job Location: Mahavir Enclave Part-1, Delhi
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell our products or services.
- Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product information.
- Building relationships with customers and maintaining regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting sales targets and achieving set KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Fresher / Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
