Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandi as a Business Development Associate (BDA). The primary responsibilities include identifying and building connections with potential clients, conducting market research, and generating leads. The BDA will also collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies, schedule meetings with potential stakeholders, and contribute to closing deals to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Networking, Communication, and Relationship Building
- Strong Analytical, Research, and Data Interpretation skills
- Knowledge of Marketing Techniques, Sales Strategies, and Client Management
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using communication tools
- Ability to work independently, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
