  • Prefer not to coordinate with multiple departments like customer support, logistics, or warehouse teams.
  • Cannot take ownership of process improvements and reporting.\

What will you do?

  • Return Management & Operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end return process including product inspection, restocking, and disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with return policies and regulations.
  • Analyze return trends, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
  • Detect and reduce losses from fraudulent returns.
  • Customer Support & Warehouse Coordination
  • Handle return shipment queries, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to process defective items.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with customer support for return-related updates.
  • Inventory & Quality Control
  • Conduct quality checks on returned products.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory updates for returns.
  • Coordinate product reallocation or disposal with the warehouse.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Create regular return trend and defect reports.
  • Suggest return policy updates based on insights and analytics.

Work Experience:15 years in a similar role in logistics, RTO management, warehouse or supply chain operations.

Working days: Monday - Saturday

Location: Vishwakarma Colony, Prahladpur, Delhi (Work from Office)
