Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for an Estimation Engineer at Dilip Buildcon Ltd. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, analyzing project requirements, and performing extensive research to ensure accurate project planning. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders, as well as assisting in negotiations with vendors and clients to achieve cost efficiency and optimal project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Civil Engineering concepts
  • Proficiency in Research and data analysis for supporting project planning
  • Effective Negotiation skills for vendor and client interactions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
  • Understanding of current construction technologies and materials is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects efficiently
