Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Civil Engineer
with hands-on experience in
interior office work
and
fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent site execution skills, and proficiency in
AutoCAD
. This role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the timely and quality completion of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:


•
Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.


•
Prepare and review technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.


•
Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.


•
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for project execution.


•
Estimate materials, manage budgets, and oversee procurement for site requirements.


•
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain project standards.


•
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and handle site documentation.


•
Ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.


•
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior office work / fit-out projects.


•
Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawings.


•
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishing, and construction methods.


•
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


•
Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently on-site.
