Spinach Achiever Pvt. Ltd. (SAPL) — one of India's emerging premium pet food manufacturers — is setting up a state-of-the-art facility in Kishangarh (Rajasthan) with advanced extrusion, baking, and retort lines.

We're now looking for the first core team member who will lead the factory setup, production, and formulation for our growing B2B and private-label portfolio.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for commissioning and operating the complete pet food manufacturing line (dry, wet, treats, biscuits, powders) and leading the formulation of new recipes in collaboration with the founders.

This is a leadership role — you will build your own team (operators, QC, production staff) and ensure SAPL delivers world-class quality and innovation.

Who You Are

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology / Animal Nutrition / Food Processing
  • 7–15 years of experience in food or pet-food manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of extrusion, baking, and HACCP systems
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end factory operations
  • Passionate about innovation in pet nutrition & functional ingredients

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission and manage new production lines (extruders, oven, forming, retort)
  • Develop and optimize recipes meeting AAFCO/FSSAI standards
  • Implement HACCP, ISO 22000, and traceability systems
  • Hire and train production/QC staff
  • Coordinate with clients for custom formulations and sampling

Compensation

₹7 – 15 LPA + performance bonus (based on commissioning and output milestones)

On-site role at Silora Industrial Area, Kishangarh. Accommodation support available.
