Role Overview

We are seeking a
Strategy Consultant
to join our Swiss office. In this role, you will work with clients across industries—including
financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and consumer goods
—to provide strategic insights, market analysis, and recommendations that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    market research, financial modeling, and competitor benchmarking
    .
  • Develop
    strategic recommendations
    to address client challenges.
  • Support
    corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and business transformation projects
    .
  • Prepare and deliver
    presentations, reports, and workshops
    for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
    high-quality consulting outcomes
    .
  • Contribute to
    knowledge sharing, methodologies, and thought leadership
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
    .
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy
    (top-tier consulting experience preferred).
  • Strong
    analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
    (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    ; proficiency in
    German and/or French
    is highly valued.
