Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and related technologies

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies, including CRM customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DevOps, and automation tools like Flows. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform customization and configuration
  • Expertise in Apex programming and Triggers development
  • Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows for automation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX)
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Customize Salesforce CRM using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
  • Develop and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
  • Build and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in production and sandbox environments
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and proactively implement enhancements
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and governance policies
