Key Responsibilities: - Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs. - Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. - Creating timelines and development goals for Salesforce projects. - Testing the stability and functionality of the application rigorously. - Troubleshooting and fixing bugs within the Salesforce environment. - Writing documentation and providing technical training for Salesforce staff. - Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software on Salesforce. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically preferred for this role. - Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and administration.
