Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission digital fabric direct printing machines

  • Perform troubleshooting, overhauling , and ensure machine uptime

  • Promote and support sales of spare parts

  • Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

  • Deliver customer training and printing support

  • Maintain proactive and responsive customer communication
  • Travel across India and occasionally abroad for service assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Full-time from a Govt.-recognized university)
  • 5-8 years hands-on experience in service roles with OEMs or digital textile printing companies
  • Working knowledge of digital textile machines, RIP software, graphic tools, ERP/SAP systems, and MS Office

  • Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi , and the local language
  • Strong problem-solving , analytical , and planning skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to travel frequently and handle end-to-end service responsibility
