Job Title – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development (East)

Are you the one?

Candidates from Engineering / M.B.A., background
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Direct Sales or Business Development
Good understanding of market trends in sales & marketing
Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional
Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
Sound knowledge in Elevator product and technology concepts

What will you be doing?

Job responsibilities:

Single point contact for all architects, consultants etc. for all pre-bid queries
Develop & ensure holistic relations with stakeholders (architect, consultant, contractor etc.)
Getting crucial market information through various sources
Increase SOM in new areas.
Geographical expansion – Expand to Tier II & Tier III cities as planned in the budget.
Segment penetration: Increase share in Hotel, Medical, Industrial hospital, Leisure & Education

KPIs:

Architect engagement
New area expansion
Share of market (SOM) improvement in new areas
SOM growth: nonresidential segment
