Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager- Head in Delhi/ NCR . For our chain of ENT clinic. The Clinic Manager- Head will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent patient care. Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating medical services, handling customer service, and providing training to staff. The role also involves collaboration with healthcare providers and implementing organizational policies to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery. Comfortable with the work profiles involving travel across Delhi
Experience 3 years or more.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Experience in Medicine and healthcare management
- Training and staff development skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
