Newmi delivers its solutions via a digital platform, clinics, and OPD solutions for corporates and insurers.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall operations, profitability, and growth of the clinic network across multiple locations. This role involves strategic planning, business expansion, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery. The Clinic Head will lead a team of regional and clinic managers, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

o  Develop and execute a national strategy for the expansion and growth of the clinic business.

o  Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive revenue and profitability.

o  Establish and oversee the implementation of best practices for clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

o  Work closely with the executive team to align business objectives with company goals.

Operational Excellence

o  Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all clinics across the country.

o  Develop and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for clinics, including patient volume, revenue, and operational efficiency.

o  Optimize processes to improve patient experience, staff productivity, and overall service delivery.

o  Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high service quality.

Team Leadership & Development

o  Lead and mentor regional managers and clinic teams to achieve business goals.

o  Ensure proper staffing, training, and professional development for clinic personnel.

o  Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and patient-centric service.

Financial Management

o  Drive revenue generation and profitability while controlling operational costs.

o  Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.

o  Ensure pricing strategies, insurance partnerships, and service offerings are optimized for profitability.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

o  Ensure all clinics comply with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

o  Maintain high-quality patient care standards and address any compliance or operational issues.

o  Implement robust patient safety and feedback mechanisms.

Stakeholder Management

o  Collaborate with medical professionals, investors, and healthcare partners to strengthen the clinic network.

o  Build relationships with government bodies, insurers, and key industry stakeholders.

o  Address customer concerns and enhance patient satisfaction through service improvements.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Education: MBA / Healthcare Management / Business Administration / Medical Degree (preferred).

Experience:

10+ years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or clinic operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of healthcare business models, patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead large teams, drive business growth, and manage operations at a national level.

Financial Acumen:

Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.

Communication & Negotiation:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in multi-location clinic/hospital chains.

Knowledge of digital healthcare trends and telemedicine solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
