Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic while driving patient relations, outreach, and marketing initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless patient experience, building strong community relationships, and expanding the clinic's visibility and patient base.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Administration
Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic including patient registration, scheduling, and consultant coordination.

Ensure smooth patient flow and promptly address concerns to deliver a positive patient experience.

Coordinate with consultants and HR on staffing requirements.

Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, documentation standards, and confidentiality norms.

Provide administrative oversight in alignment with clinical leadership.

Patient & Community Relations

Act as the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring empathetic communication and trust-building.

Collect, track, and analyze patient feedback to drive service improvements.

Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, including doctors, psychologists, schools, corporates, NGOs, and wellness professionals.

Marketing & Outreach
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as health camps, awareness programs, and school/college workshops.

Develop and strengthen referral networks with healthcare and wellness professionals.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align on promotions (social media, Google ratings, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).

Conduct online and face-to-face marketing & sales efforts, including visiting doctors, schools, corporates, and community organizations to establish business leads.

Track patient inflow, marketing ROI, and growth metrics to measure impact.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in managing mental health or wellness clinic operations and public relations.

Strong background in clinic operations, patient relations, and community engagement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage both clinical administration and business development activities.

Proven ability in relationship-building, networking, and local outreach initiatives.

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure.
