We are looking for a 
Production / QC Supervisor
 to join our growing & glowing team at 
Autofits Packaging Pvt. Ltd.

Role Highlights

• Oversee day-to-day production & quality control in a 12-hour shift environment.
• Ensure compliance with set processes, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with production teams, maintenance, and quality for smooth operations.
• Maintain records, daily reports, and take ownership of shift output.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or a relevant field.
• ~5 years' experience in 
  manufacturing/packaging/pharma / allied industry
   preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & team-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in shift operations (12 hrs).
