Were hiring a Backend Developer who understands that great engineering is not just about writing codeits about building systems that scale, perform, and elevate the entire product.

The Role

  • Build and maintain backend services using (LTS 20/22).
  • Develop clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code.
  • Create RESTful APIs / NestJS).
  • Work with MongoDB + Mongoose, and optionally Redis.
  • Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware.
  • Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations.
  • Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments.
  • Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues.
  • Write automated tests and follow Git best practices.

Youll Thrive Here If You Have

  • Strong proficiency in , , and backend fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose.
  • Good understanding of security and API best practices.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred).
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • (Good to Have) Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless, distributed systems.

Location :
Mumbai or Indore.
