Us:Arihant capital is a leading player in the stock broking and financial services industry, committed to providing innovative trading platforms and investment solutions to our clients.We strive to simplify investing while delivering high-performance tools and insights.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in stock broking and financial markets.You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of trading and investment products, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for stock broking platforms, tradingtools, and investment solutions.- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identifyopportunities for new features or products.- Collaborate closely with technology, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to designand launch products.- Gather and prioritize requirements from traders, investors, and other stakeholders.- Ensure products comply with regulatory and financial industry standards (SEBI, exchange, etc.)- Track product performance metrics and iterate for enhanced usability, reliability, andprofitability.- Communicate product vision, updates, and impact to leadership and internal Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.- 3-7 years of product management experience in stock broking, trading platforms, or fintech.- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and investment products.- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEBI, exchange, etc.) is highly desirable.- Experience with digital trading platforms, order management systems, or portfolio management tools.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading, market data analytics, or financial APIs.- Exposure to agile development and product lifecycle management in fintech environments.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Flexible and collaborative work environment.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge trading technologies and financial products.- Professional growth in a fast-paced, regulated financial industry.
