Quality Control Executive for Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, VFD, DCS, and instrumentation systems used in chemical process control.

  • Monitor and optimize energy usage; implement power-saving measures.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety and environmental regulations.

  • Supervise electrical technicians and coordinate with production and instrumentation teams.

  • Maintain documentation such as single-line diagrams (SLDs), maintenance records, and inspection reports.

  • Assist in electrical system upgrades and automation projects.

  • Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical.

  • 8to10 years of experience in a chemical, pharma or process manufacturing industry.

  • Knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, DG sets, motors, and industrial power distribution.

  • Familiar with PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley), DCS systems, and SCADA.

  • Understanding of hazardous area classifications and explosion-proof equipment (Ex-rated).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Chemical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Quality control: 1 year (Preferred)
  • chemical, dyes, pigment, or food colour: 1 year (Preferred)
  • UV-Vis: 1 year (Preferred)
  • GLP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • GDP: 1 year (Preferred)
