Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales Counsellor (Skin and Hair Treatment). The Sales Counsellor is responsible for consulting with clients about their skin and hair treatment needs, driving sales by recommending appropriate products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging in client consultations, maintaining product knowledge, managing customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Well-developed Organisation Skills to manage client interactions and maintain records
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-focused approach
  • Intermediate knowledge of skin and hair care products or treatments is an asset
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written communication in English (and other regional languages is a plus)
  • Relevant certification or experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage
